Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy suresh is an Indian actor who was born on the 17th of October 1992. Her movies are mostly produced in Tamil or Telugu however she is in some Malayalam ones. She was awarded the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 for her portrayal of actress Savitri which was in the Telugu movie Mahanati. In addition, she received a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is the daughter of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. She began her career as a child actor at the beginning of 2000 and went back to film after studying fashion design. She had her first lead role in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy started working on projects that were not Malayalam in 2015. She also signed up to be a part of numerous Tamil films at the same time. In 2015 she released A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu in opposition to each other. However, the films didn't do very well at the theaters. In order to fit in bigger projects, she had to cancel projects she'd started working on. They included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. The actress was in two films in rapid succession together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also one of the main actors for Prabhu's Thodari. Although the release date of Janakitho Nuvvu hasn't been set, reports suggest that it may be later in the month of September, 2020. Nenu Sailaja (2016), which featured Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. In January, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa, opposite actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
