Summer Glau, an American actress, is famous for her performances as River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. It is also the title of her show The Sarah Connor Chronicles. In addition to these television series as well, she's appeared on Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck as well as Hawaii Five-0 as well guest-starring in Angel The Unit Cape Arrow & Sequestered. In addition to her appearances in Serenity as well as Knights of Badassdom she has starred in a variety of TV and short films including Mammoth Sarah, the beginning of Deadly Honeymoon Dead End Help for the Vacations and Inside the Box. Glau was awarded several honors and awards to date. FHM listed her twice on their list of 100 Sexiest Women of The World. The actress also appeared in Wizard magazine's Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim has also included Glau as an American on their Hot 100. Glau was awarded the SFX Award as Best Actress in Serenity. She was awarded the Saturn Award as Best Supporting actor for her part on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena is the youngest of children that was born to Marcela Quintanilla. When Selena was eight she began her career as a member of a band created by her dad. Selena and her brothers Abraham junior and sister Suzette were drummers. Selena sang for the group. Selena Y Los Dino, the group she played with was known as Selena Y Los Dino. She would also perform at wedding fairs as well as eating places. Selena, her sisters and their parents were very engaged in the band. They never really had a childhood. Yet Abraham helped them become determined musicians because of his passion. Abraham senior was also part of Los Dinos' original band, played the guitar. Selena Y Los Dinos began in the year 1981 when they formed. This band was the Quintanilla family's business and main source of income. Even though there were times of struggle in the beginning, with a lack of cash, the Quintanilla family stood firm and persevered with their efforts to become a successful band. Selena Y Los Dinos achieved recognition throughout the West States in the latter part of the 1980s. Selena was awarded the Female Vocalist Award as well as the Performer's Award at the Tejano Awards in 1986. From then on, Selena Y Los Dinos were one of the most successful winners each year and earned fame and recognition. Numerous Spanish language TV shows like El Show De Johnny Canales always in Domingo (Saturday Night Gigante) and El Show De Johnny Canales always on Sunday were featured.
