Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name of Winona Laura Hoowitz, who was born within Winona Minnesota. Parents named her Winona after her hometown. Both her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder is a Jew. Ryder believes that her father had an ethnically Jewish family. The actress is the younger sister of Uria who is half-sister to Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder was born in the United States and moved together with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. The family was in a house that didn't have electric power. Ryder, who read a lot when she was 12 became a book worm due to the fact that Ryder did not have access to television. Ryder took acting classes at the age of Ryder was 12, in the American Conservatory Theatre. When she was 15, Ryder landed her first acting job on screen, in Lucas. Ryder was bullied at high school. Her professional acting, she believed that it would aid her. But, unfortunately, that didn't occur. Still, she pursued her goal. She got her break in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder continued to play success in roles. She received nominations for two Academy Awards one for her part in The Age of Innocence (1993).
